I recently took a walk down Anzac Parade here in Canberra and had a really good look at the military memorials we so often drive by with the smallest of glances.

Perhaps its my family history in the military or the time of the year, or both, but I was truly moved by the memorials. I couldnt help but think of those who sacrificed their lives for our country, as well as those who have served and returned, forever changed by their experience. There has been a lot of time, effort and thought put into these memorials and I urge to to visit them if you are ever in our Nations Capital.

A day at the War memorial is a day well spent. I dare you not to shed a tear, have a laugh and pray at least once while you are there.

Wherever you are this ANZAC Day, please take the time to remember them.............Lest We Forget.
